What is your MOQ?
For stock designs the MOQ is low; for custom printing it depends on napkin size, ply and colour count. Tell us your target and we will propose the most economical run.
Can you match a Pantone colour?
Yes. We support Pantone matching and provide a physical printed sample for approval before mass production.
Which certificates can you provide?
Our products have passed FDA, LFGB, SGS and DGCCRF testing and our factory holds the BSCI certificate. Test reports can be shared on request.
How long does sampling take?
Typically 7–10 days for a custom printed napkin sample after artwork confirmation, plus shipping time to your office.
Do you ship from Ningbo Port?
Yes. We are based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, close to Ningbo Port, and we can also consolidate mixed items into a single container.
Can you sign an NDA?
Absolutely. Your artwork and product designs are treated as confidential and never shown to third parties.
